Shasta.Com offers a 100% port availability SLA for customers purchasing
our Dedicated T1 service. Shasta.Com will credit the customer for up to
100% of the monthly port charge if service is unavailable. On outages of an hour or
less, the customer receives a 1-day, pro-rated monthly port charge credit. On outages over
an hour, the customer receives an additional day credit for each hour the outage
persists up to 100% of the monthly port charge.
Dedicated T1 -- Continuous, clear channel T1, up to 1.544
Mbps, for high volume businesses that need optimum connectivity 24
hours a day, 365 days a year.
All Shasta.Com T1 connections include:
Local loop. Hassle-free management of the local loop
circuit to your place of business.
24 Hour Monitoring. We will monitor your connection with our
own in-house monitoring software every 5 minutes. In case of a downed
circuit, we will start working with you and the local telco to get
you back online.
Special Pricing. Monthly rates as low as $499.00 based
on one year term agreement. Setup cost $1800 with a one year
agreement or the setup cost is waived with a two year agreement.
Easy acquisition terms on required T-1 router (just add $100/month
for 1st year.)
